We collect account details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and delivery address; order details and payment references; and information about how you use the storefront, such as pages viewed and searches. Paystack processes payment card details; Tagit does not store them.

We use information to manage accounts and orders, provide support, send relevant order and account updates, help secure the service, and improve the marketplace. We send promotional communications only where permitted and provide a way to opt out.

3. How Information Is Shared

We share the information needed to complete a transaction with the relevant seller and delivery provider. Payment references are shared with Paystack to process and verify payments. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing.

We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials private.
